Mosaic in Paris

Mosaic continues to reveal itself in the most unexpected places.  The Apple store had a basic, but nice mosaic floor, which we discovered when we went downstairs into the section for gadgets to support Apple products.  The next mosaic floor we discovered was again unexpected, but incredibly lovely.  Going into a bank to use the ATM I read a sign talking about the building restoration underway - the dome, the mosaic, the safe. So, transaction completed we ventured into the bank proper and the mosaic floor was revealed.  Between trying to take a photo of the floor and the dome before I got thrown out was quite a challenge.  As for the safe.  I  decided that was best left well alone. 16.10.2012
